B2B Policies
Wholesale policies and ordering terms
Clear, reliable terms to ensure seamless production, fresh quality delivery, and accurate accounting for all Anchorage commercial partners.
1. Payment Terms & Options
New Wholesale Accounts: Initial purchases require payment at the time of ordering via credit card, debit card, or bank ACH payment.
Established Wholesale Accounts: Accounts with a proven, reliable ordering history may be granted Net 7 or Net 15 payment terms upon approval.
Payment terms and invoices automatically sync into QuickBooks Online. Late balances are subject to account holds.
2. Order Cutoff Window
All weekly wholesale orders must be submitted by Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. noon.
Because we boil and bake fresh scratch dough and prepare house cream cheese cases to order, late submissions cannot be guaranteed for Friday fulfillment.
3. Minimum Order Increments
To maintain small-batch quality and packaging efficiency:
- Bagels: Minimum order increment of 12 (1 dozen per flavor).
- Cream Cheese Tubs: Minimum order increment of 4 tubs (8 oz each).
- Breakfast Sandwiches: Minimum order increment of 6 units.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Store Pickup: Orders are ready for counter pickup at 1300 W. 36th Ave in Spenard during open shop hours on Friday morning.
Commercial Delivery: Drop-off delivery is available for eligible Anchorage commercial locations based on schedule and order volume.
Standing Orders & Tax-Exempt Status
Standing Order Management
To prevent food waste caused by holidays or staffing changes, standing accounts receive weekly duplicate-order reminders with a simple edit link. Fully automated recurring charges are only enabled after establishing a predictable schedule.
Tax-Exempt Documentation
Resale certificate documentation must be uploaded during application or submitted to your Shopify B2B company record prior to tax-free invoice issuance.
